Configuration

The configuration number specifies the type of ventilation unit and the features available. You can find it on the ventilation unit’s manufacture plate. The configuration number must be entered correctly for the unit to function correctly.

The configuration number consists of two parts:
  • Basic part — Mandatory part that defines the unit model.
  • Additional part — Only available for certain models. If the unit does not have an additional part, leave this field blank.

The Configuration field is only editable for one hour when the ventilation unit is connected to the mains.

In normal use, the configuration number does not need to be entered. The number only needs to be entered if the ventilation unit’s motherboard has been replaced or the configuration number is missing.

If the configuration number has not been entered or is not valid, the interface will prompt for it immediately before the normal view opens. Without the correct configuration number, the unit cannot function properly.

Entering the configuration number:

  1. Open the Expert settings menu.
  2. Scroll down until you see the Configuration area and select Edit.
  3. Enter the basic part according to the manufacture plate. If there is an additional part, enter it as well. If not, leave the grey field blank.
  4. Save settings.
