Troubleshooting
The table below contains troubleshooting and fault repair instructions.

We recommend that the latest software version be always used. Check the latest version at https://www.vallox.com.
Note:
Error messages are displayed on the control panel and in the MyVallox Home and MyVallox Cloud services.
| Fault | Cause | Proceed as follows: |

Error message: Extract air fan | The extract air fan has stopped. | Make sure that the fan is not running. The fan cabling and operation must be checked and, where required, the fan must be replaced. Contact the service centre. |

Error message: Supply air fan | The supply air fan has stopped. | Make sure that the fan is not running. The fan cabling and operation must be checked and, where required, the fan must be replaced. Contact the service centre. |

Error message: Temperature sensor 1/2/3/4/5 | The temperature sensor indicated on the user interface has become damaged. | The sensor installation must be checked and, where required, the sensor must be replaced. Contact the service centre. |

Error message: High supply air temperature | The supply air temperature is too high. | The operation of the post and additional heating resistor must be checked. Ensure that the resistors are turned on in the user interface. Contact the service centre if necessary. |

Error message: Low supply air temperature | The supply air temperature is too low. | The operation of the post and additional heating resistor must be checked. Ensure that the resistors are turned on in the user interface. Contact the service centre if necessary. |

Error message: Bus fault | Problems with the data transfer bus. | Ensure that the control panel and any external sensors are connected correctly and are functioning properly. |
| The ventilation unit is not working; the control panel is not working. | Power input to the unit is lost or the safety switch catch of the door is not touching the safety switch. |
Check:

| The ventilation unit is working, but the control panel is not. | Either the control panel 24 VDC power is lost, there is a problem with data transmission, or the control panel has become damaged. |
