Error log

To view and acknowledge errors:

  1. Select Service menu.
  2. Select Error log.

    An error list is displayed in the Error log area. The list shows the details of the error and the status of the alarm triggered by the error:

    • Acknowledged — Error acknowledged. No active alarm for the error.
    • Alarm — The alarm is active until the error is acknowledged.
    • Not active — The error is not active.
  3. Click on the error message to view the details of the error.
    1. The more detailed error message includes the following information:
      • 1st occurrence — Time when the error occurred for the first time.
      • Times occurred — The number of times the error has occurred.
      • Latest occurrence — Time when the error last occurred.
      • Severity — Seriousness of the error.
    2. To acknowledge the error message, select Mark as solved.
      The error will be displayed in the error list as acknowledged.
