Bus fault

Problems with the data transfer bus. Ensure that the control panel and any external sensors are connected correctly and are functioning properly.
The ventilation unit is not working; the control panel is not working. Power input to the unit is lost or the safety switch catch of the door is not touching the safety switch.

Check:

  • The fuse in the fuse box
  • The glass tube fuse in the unit. Contact the service centre.
  • Press the safety switch all the way down and test if the unit can be turned on. If the unit can be turned on, ensure that the safety switch catch is engaged.
The ventilation unit is working, but the control panel is not. Either the control panel 24 VDC power is lost, there is a problem with data transmission, or the control panel has become damaged.
  • Check the cables from the unit to the control panel.
  • Restart the unit by unplugging the power cord.
  • Update the unit software.
  • Contact the service centre.
