Viewing the account information

To view your account details, select MyVallox Cloud account. The following information will be displayed of all five areas:

• The Contact details area shows your contact details. The fields are:
  • First name — The first name you have entered
  • Last name — The last name you have entered
  • Company name — The company name you have entered
  • Phone — The telephone number you have entered
  • Zip — The postal code you have entered
  • Country — The country you have entered
  • I want to receive notifications related to my ventilation unit — Select this box if you wish to receive notifications related to your ventilation unit.
• In the Transfer of the username area, you can transfer your username.
• You can change your password in the Change password area.
• In the Preferences area you can make selections related to your account.
• You can delete your account in the Remove MyVallox Cloud account area.
