Ventilation profiles

At home — Use this ventilation profile when the apartment is occupied.

The Vallox ventilation unit has been configured by a specialist based on the ventilation plan. The At home profile changes the indoor air at the recommended rate, with complete replacement roughly once every two hours.

Away — Use this ventilation profile when the apartment is unoccupied, e.g. during a trip or other long absence.

By default, the ventilation speed of the Away profile is 30% lower that the speed of the At home profile.

Boost — Use this profile to enhance ventilation, e.g. when there are more people than usual in the apartment. If carbon dioxide and/or humidity sensors have been installed, the ventilation unit will automatically provide sufficient ventilation.

By default, the ventilation speed of the Boost profile is 30% higher that the speed of the At home profile.

Fireplace — Use this ventilation profile when, for example, you are making a fire in the fireplace. This profile is primarily used to create momentary overpressure in the apartment.
